    Description

    Handsome fold-out 1982 official highway map of the province of Alberta, Canada, printed more than 38 years ago.
    This map opens to a generous 37½" x 20" and has good detail on old road alignments.
    On the reverse side of the map there are inset plans of Edmonton, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat, Red Deer, Lloydminster, Camrose, Wetaskiwin, Drumheller, Grande Prairie, and Calgary
    The map was published by Alberta Tourism and Small Business and is identified in the legend as the "Official Road Map 1982."
    There's a logo on the rear cover advertising the 1983 Summer Universiade, also known as the 1983 World University Games or XII Summer Universiade, held in Edmonton.
